My Top Fave Masks from Origins

Sundays are my ultimate pamper day. Most Sundays I usually just stay in, watch movies or series, drink tea, play with Akira, and catch up on my skincare routine. My Sunday will never be complete without facial masks. One brand that is a staple in my mask stash is Origins.

Since the masks will be on your face for a full 10-20 minutes, it is best if you choose that facial mask wisely and make sure it’s made from the finest ingredients. Personally, it is a major plus if the products are paraben-free, phthalate-free, sulfate-free, and does not test on animals. Considering all that I mentioned, Origins is one of the best when it comes to facial masks.

Origins make their masks and other products from the finest organic ingredients.
- Why I love Origins:
- Paraben-free
- Pthalate-free
- Sulfate-free
- Does not test on animals

Clear Improvement Active Charcoal Mask - My favorite of all. I put this one on my T-zone where it needs some detox from all the oil and grime. Activated charcoal is a good agent for deep cleansing and detoxifying as it pulls out the toxins and unwanted excess oil from the skin. Activated charcoal is also administered orally at hospitals as emergent treatment for certain poisoning as it attaches to it.

Original Skin Retexturizing Mask with Rose Clay - I put this on the rest of my face. A cleanser and an exfoliator, this mask is perfect for normal to dry skin. It does of all this while improving skin's circulation.

Drink Up – Intensive Overnight Mask - If you prefer a no-rinse overnight mask, I will highly recommend this.

I’ve known facial masks since several years ago but it was only recently that I got really hooked to the once weekly regimen. It’s just so convenient. Imagine spending your weekend at home donning your full skincare regimen then finishing it off with a facial mask while watching your favorite TV show with your cup of tea.
